[PonyORM-list] Migration

Hi, we really want to add migrations as soon as possible. But previously we
have been busy with adding support of PonyORM objects in JavaScript. This
work is almost done. Starting from March the support of migrations becomes
our top priority. I estimate that the migration support will be added to
Pony before 1 August of this year.
